Family Procedure (Matrimonial and Children) Official updates pending – 6th April 2012
The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2012 come into force on 6th April 2012. The Ministry of Justice has made consequential amendments to a number of forms, and have also made changes following user feedback on some of the forms introduced under the Family Procedure Rules 2010.
