TA6 and TA7 forms: new versions now available

The new TA6 form has been released, along with accompanying guidance notes TA6(N) and a revised TA7.

The new form has to be used by all solicitors from 30^th March 2026. However, until that time the previous versions may be requested and used.

Our website makes available the new versions of the forms; yet the previous versions are available on request by calling the office.
