New Leasehold Property Forms

The Law Society, in conjunction with trade associations across the legal and leasehold sectors, has revised the Leasehold Property Enquiries form LPE1. The second edition of the LPE1 form was released on 1st October 2015 along with the introduction of a Buyers Leasehold Information Summary (LPE2).

Accordingly, Shaw’s have revised their paper form offering to include the updated version of LPE1 and the new LPE2, both of which are available to purchase now.
