Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders for items in stock received by midday for next working day delivery to mainland UK destinations.

If your chosen item is not a stock item, delivery will be within the timeframe stated in the product description. If you have a specific timescale that requires a more urgent response and delivery, e.g. imminent funeral, please contact us on 01322 621100 and we shall do our best to accommodate your request.

* We understand that you may not personally wish to place your loved one’s ashes into your chosen remembrance item. You may, therefore, wish to use the services of your local funeral director.
