UPDATED! Members’ Disclosable Interests Forms

On 1st July, the Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012, made under section 30 of the Localism Act 2011, came into force. These revise the information to be disclosed by members of local authorities and other relevant bodies. Accordingly, Shaw’s have produced the following new forms which should be used instead of the previous versions from 1st July 2012: LGA1 Notification by member of a relevant authority of disclosable pecuniary interests LGA3 Notification by member of a relevant authority of change to disclosable pecuniary interests LGA25 Disclosure by member of a relevant authority of personal interest in a matter under consideration at a meeting
