They include virtually all forms in common use, as well as many others that are needed from time to time but are difficult to track down. Most items are available by return, from stock.
Although primarily purchased by professionals in multiples of 25*, we are happy to supply any of these forms to individual customers in smaller quantities. However, to cover the costs of administration, a small order processing charge of £6.90 + VAT applies to orders of under 25 forms, unless the total basket value is over £25.

Legal Aid practitioners must use the following Legal Services Commission forms from 3 October 2011. All forms signed and dated on or after 3 October must be the new versions. Old versions signed and dated on or before 2 October 2011 will be accepted until 1 November 2011 after which time they will be rejected.

The Companies Act 2006 (Annual Returns) Regulations 2011 comes into force on 1 October 2011, and as a result there are changes to the Annual Return form AR01. The new version must be used for returns made up to a date after 1 October 2011.
