New Edition PLANNING CONTROLS AND THEIR ENFORCEMENT AVAILABLE NOW!
This major and well-respected looseleaf work on the enforcement of planning controls has been comprehensively revised to produce a fresh style and more convenient format. The opportunity has been taken to completely redesign the layout and order of the content to place sections in a more logical sequence. This reflects the vast amount of change that has taken place in the field of planning since that last edition in 2001. The book remains a comprehensive study of the law of planning that explains the methods available to enforce controls and to challenge enforcement. Not only is it up-to-date in its coverage of the law but all the latest cases of relevance are discussed. Supplements are issued regularly (an average of two a year) and these ensure that all changes in legislation and consequences of cases are featured.
