Enhanced Housing Act 2004 Forms
 

Due to customer demand and feedback from the DASH conference we have now created enhanced versions of the following Housing Act 2004 forms:

 
HMO11A+ Schedule 1 to Improvement Notice Category 1 Hazards
HMO11B+ Schedule 2 to Improvement Notice Category 2 Hazards
HMO20A+ Schedule 1to Prohibition Order Category 1 Hazards
HMO20B+ Schedule 2 to Prohibition Order Category 2 Hazards
HMO28A+ Schedule 1 to Hazard Awareness Notice Category 1 Hazards
HMO28B+ Schedule 2 to Hazard Awareness Notice Category 2 Hazards
HMO41A+ Schedule 1 Category 1 Hazard to Emergency Remedial Action Notice
HMO43A+ Schedule 1 Category 1 Hazard to Emergency Prohibition Order Notice
 
The forms listed above have been enhanced in order to enable the resizing of data fields. Simply by right-clicking on a text field, that field can be stretched or shrunk to suit your data requirements.
 
Please note:
  • If an enhanced form is used, Shaw & Sons Ltd cannot warrant that it will be acceptable to any particular recipient. It is therefore, the responsibility of the user to verify that the form is suitable for the purpose for which it is to be used.
  • Stretchable forms are designated by the '+' symbol at the end of the Form No. The existing non-enhanced forms are still available for use.
These enhanced forms are now available to download via the Forms on Disk Online Update facility.
