We can only resolve problems effectively if we have sufficient information. Please ensure that you have as much information regarding the problem as possible before calling us. The following information will be required in every instance:

If you experience any issues when printing forms, we recommend you check the ‘Printing Compatibility' option in ‘Preferences’ under the ‘File’ menu. This option ensures Forms on Disk is compatible with your printer. Please note that certain forms containing page orientation changes from portrait to landscape are not supported by printers with PCL6 printer drivers. In order to be able to print such forms you will need to download PCL5 printer drivers for your printer. This can be done from your printer manufacturer’s website. Once the PCL5 printer drivers are installed to your printer, you will be able to print forms with page orientation changes as normal.
