We can only resolve problems effectively if we have sufficient information. Please ensure that you have as much information regarding the problem as possible before calling us. The following information will be required in every instance:
Telephone, e-mail and fax support will be available to customers between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England. On line support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

Forms on Disk Printing Problems Several customers have contacted us with problems printing from version 4.3. We have investigated these problems and found the reasons lied with older operating systems (Windows 95 and Windows 98 primarily). We are now issuing version 4.33 which has resolved these problems (under all operating systems), including being unable to print spaces in forms. Once you have downloaded the update please double-click on the file and follow the onscreen prompts. If you require any assistance please email the helpdesk at fodsupport@shaws.co.uk. |

Support for Prior Versions We have now phased out support for versions prior to 4.3. If you are still using a version prior to 4.3 please contact Technical Support to request the latest version. If you cannot upgrade to the latest version and continue to use prior versions, you can find all support issues relating to versions prior to 4.3 here. |
