On 11th February 2010, Shaw’s Forms on Disk was acquired by IRIS Software Group, the leading provider of accounts and practice management software to legal practices in the UK and Ireland.  
 

Although Shaw’s Forms on Disk becomes part of IRIS Legal, the product will continue to be supported and updated by the Shaw’s Forms team which existing clients are used to dealing with and so it will be a case of business as usual. There will not be any changes to telephone, fax or email contact details for customer services or sales at the present time.

For Shaw & Sons Ltd it will also be business as usual as publishers, printers and suppliers of office stationery, legal forms in printed format, books, electoral services and civic and ceremonial items.
