Welcome to Shaw's Forms on Disk. For two and a half centuries Shaw & Sons Limited has been a supplier of key support services and products to local government, the legal profession and commerce. Back in November 1995 we launched our first version of Forms on Disk to widespread success.
 

We have continually developed the software and forms paying particular regard to customer feedback. In January 2001 we launched our 32-bit version of Forms on Disk that provided our customers with the means to quickly and efficiently fill in electronic forms through a modern graphical interface.

Our current version of Forms on Disk has built upon the success of this software and has all the features you require to get the job done quickly and efficiently, whatever your choice of form.
