System Requirements

Forms on Disk can be used on any PC running (or emulating) Windows 95 or later. We no longer supply a version of Forms on Disk compatible with Windows 3.11 or earlier.

System Requirements

Before installing Forms on Disk your system must meet the following criteria:

• An IBM PC or 100% compatible
• 486/33 processor (Pentium 133 MHz or higher recommended)
• At least 16Mb of RAM for Windows 98, at least 32Mb of RAM for Windows ME/NT/2000 and at least 64Mb of RAM for Windows XP 
• A CD-ROM drive
• A floppy disk drive
• A hard disk with at least 10mb of free disk space after Windows has been installed
• An SVGA or higher video card and monitor with the resolution set at 640 x 480 (800 x 600 highly recommended)
• A laser printer supported by Windows
• A Microsoft compatible mouse and keyboard

One of the following operating systems must also be installed on your computer:

• Windows 98
• Windows ME
• Windows NT Workstation 4 (Service Pack 6a)
• Windows 2000 (Service Pack 3 or higher)
• Windows XP Professional or Home Edition (Service Pack 1 or higher)

For network installations of Forms on Disk we recommend the following:

• Windows NT Server 4 (Service Pack 6a)
• Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server (Service Pack 3 or higher)
• Novell Netware
• Citrix
