BINDING COUNCIL MINUTES

For over 250 years, Shaw & Sons Limited have been providing Local Authorities with a secure system for the binding of Council Minutes. For convenient long-term storage of your Council Minutes, we can fasten your loose documents into book format, and “bind” them into a hard-back case.

Our prices start from just £86.00 plus VAT for a single volume, full case-bound in leather-finish book cloth, including foil blocking of your parish details on the face and/or spine.

If you do not have an active account with us, please contact us so that we can activate your account. Our payment terms are very flexible, especially so for Parish Councils.

For just £15.00 more, we will arrange for secure collection of your Minutes using Parceline, with a full tracking system, to ensure your valued records arrive with us. The quoted price always includes Parceline delivery of the completed Minutes Book to you.
